Where do you ship from?

All Zwippy Cooker orders ship directly from our warehouse in California. We have fulfillment centers across the globe in Asia, US, UK and Australia.

Is order tracking available?

Yes! We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

What are the costs of shipping?

We ship from our California warehouse through DHL, with same-day fulfilment on most weekdays, excluding holidays.

For orders over $60, we offer FREE Shipping.

For orders below $60, a flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 applies.

Will my items be sent in one package?
  • On occasions items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, EVEN if you've specified combined shipping. The reason for this happening is to ensure you receiving all your items as QUICK as possible! Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
How long will it take to receive my order?
  • We ship all orders placed Monday - Friday before 3:30PM PST / 6:30PM EST next day. For customers within the United States, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days. If you do not receive your order within 15 days, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us.
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
  • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
  • If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.
Can I return my product?
  • We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
