I make this recipe all the time because you can do so much with just one box of pasta. Super easy too! I just grab the few things I need from Amazon Fresh and have them delivered straight to my dorm. It's quick to make and you can tweak it however you like!
Ingredients:
- Your choice of pasta
- Cheddar cheese
- Chili powder
- A can of chili beans
Preparation:
Add pasta to DormChef™ colander, add water and microwave according to the instructions—usually about 8-10 minutes.
Drain the pasta using the colander, then mix in the cheese, chili beans, and chili powder.
Pop it back into the microwave for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese and heat the beans, and voila! A hearty meal is ready to enjoy.
